GROWNOB LLC provides B2B outbound infrastructure services including ICP research, lead database building, email infrastructure setup, cold outreach campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and buying signal intelligence. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the client.

3. Payment Terms

  • Retainer plans are billed monthly in advance
  • One-time packages require 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
  • Invoices are due within 7 days of issue
  • Late payments may result in paused service delivery
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Cancellation

Retainer plans may be cancelled with 30 days written notice to tufael@grownob.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. One-time packages are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about their business, target market, and goals
  • Ensuring they have the legal right to contact the prospects we source
  • Complying with applicable email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL)
  • Responding to our requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

All deliverables (lead lists, email sequences, ICP documents) produced for a client become the client's property upon full payment. GROWNOB LLC retains the right to use anonymised results and aggregate data for marketing purposes (e.g. case studies) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

GROWNOB LLC provides outbound infrastructure services and reports on activity metrics. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, meeting volumes, or conversion rates. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific month in which any issue arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for 2 years.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
